This new programme is specifically designed to enable individuals to develop their own capabilities and organisational impact. The outcome being purpose-driven leaders who will deliver on social, environmental and community value.

Key Dates:

> The deadline for applications is noon on 29th September.

> Programme commences on the 20th October at ICC Belfast.

> Programme concludes with a formal recognition event in May 2026.

Applicants should have a desire to create positive change. Applications are welcomed from individuals as well as those within existing community organisations, social enterprises, charities or private sector organisations who are trying to deliver social value.

Transform is funded by The Flax Trust through The School for Social Enterprises in Ireland and demand for spaces will be high.
